Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, to qualify for a replacement or credit
To start a return, you can contact us at smartgrocerylk@gmail.com and you can always contact us through the email for any return question.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items Return Policy:
Food Products: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective or incorrect upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report any issues.
Original Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, to qualify for a replacement or credit.
Undamaged:
Items must be in the condition they were received. Damaged or partially used items are not eligible for return.
Return Process for Exceptional Cases-:
- Initiate Return for Food Products: Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at smartgrocerylk@gmail.com / +9411 732 6326 with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Inspection: Items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm the defect or error.
- Replacement: A replacement will be issued for approved returns.
- Return Delivery Charges: All return delivery charges for defective or incorrect items will be borne by the customer.
Change of mind is not accepted for product returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and issue the correct item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders or personalized items or hampers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cooling off period
The customer shall have the right to cancel or return the placed order within 2 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
